Najib's UMNO had arrived folks!

And with guns blazing.. giving PAS a severe walloping in the Bagan Pinang by-election, concluding a highly spirited GA - badly missing in the last couple of GAs, successfullly amending their constitution allowing 140,000 members to vote to elect their top office bearers and sounding out advice to disintegrating BN parters to follow their lead amongst others, to serve notice of their arrival!

It was an UMNO that the Bagan Pinang voters responded to so overwhelmingly, a development seen as UMNO/BN bottoming-out a downtrend of a series of 8 post 12th GE by-election losses to the PR except Batang Air, thus stemming the the PR 12 GE victory momentum.

An UMNO of Najib's presidency whose chacteristics he masterly articulates in his inspiring speeches to the delegates during the recent GA that got them really fired-up to RISE-WITH-HIM to get right down to business to face the coming 13th GE. A Facebook friend - a senior member of the Pahang state government, was so fired-up that he wrote on his Facebook wall saying he is proud right down to his marrow to be an UMNO member after listening to Najib's speeches. If this is the general spirit of the UMNO memberships it bodes well for them going forward. It sure looks like the FAT-LADY is not about to sing on UMNO just yet!

An UMNO that came out of the recent GA transformed - spirited and ready to rumble, from the listless and a punching-bag of an UMNO left by Dol-Tidoq. It was a brilliant display of Najib's sedate yet compelling leadership to effect such huge uplifting of spirit. It must scare the sh*t out of the PR leaderships to think that LGE's nonchalant admission of the slight difficulty in dislodging UMNO/BN when talking about Najib's superior leadership of UMNO/BN over Dol-Tidoq's in a recent inteview, may turn out to be their worst possible nightmare. One looks like he's about ready to bail-out.

A notice have been served to the PR!

All that's left now is for Najib and UMNO to put all agendas into operations, translate all rhetorics into actions and not slip into f**k-ups of old, to execute the notice.

Folks! Isa won big in Bagan Pinang PRK.

Well, the win was expected but to win that big a margin was something else. I thought Isa would just scrapped through given TDM - that's almost all of UMNO, spat with the MIC - Indians, they are the kingmaker and the naturally rebellious young folks - its a phase that young folks go through.

I was of the thinking that since Bagan Pinang was an UMNO strong-hold why not bring in somebody new, not tainted, to unequivocally commit to Najib's clarion call during the last UMNO GA to 'Berubah or Rebah' from their Fat-Cat, 'Tempolok-First' culture. And in today's World 2.0 UMNO need to change and be seen as changing from their old ways to remain fresh and relevant. I thought the Bagan Pinang PRK presents an opportunity for UMNO to proudly display to their stakeholders their re-invention.

Well, I guess its not such a cut and dried issue. 'Tainted' as Isa is, the people make it known in no uncertain terms that they want Isa and the top leadership endorse their choice, even TDM accepted it and it pays big!!

PAS cannot make political hay of Isa 'tainted'ness. With just about 1 1/2 years that the PR are in power in some states, they have shown that they are about 1 million miles away from a paragon of virtue. In fact if we extrapolate - with some pretty reasonable assumptions, their bullshit and excesses in the 1 1/2 years that they are in power to what they are likely to be capable of if they had the number of years that UMNO are in power, it's damn bloody scary! Just look at their shenanigans in Selangor and the previously Nizar - the puppet, Perak government, especially for the Malays. Penang is already a goner for the Malays. And Nik Aziz is looking more like a mosque siak than a top moollah trying to justify that every of their duck-ups got an ok from Heaven.

Need I said more about Anwar? He's scraping the bottom of his credibility barrel. His kung-fu and silambam with the courts is about done and he got to face whatever is written in the stars for him, like a man. I have advised Saiful in Facebook to be patient, "..takkan lari Anwar dikejar, hilang kabus nampaklah dia.."

MIC? They were wise not to mess around with the 1Malaysia boss, he can really duck them up, Makkal Sakti is just a bit to show what's up his sleeve. Rocky Bru have it that Sami Velu is going to be history soon, I guess because of the garland of slippers faux-pas on TDM. Najib is not Dol-tidoq that they can jerked around. From the over 2,000 Indian votes only about 400 went to PAS, going by the report I heard. The young? Going by the numbers probably about 70% went to UMNO, I guess they have gone past THE phase.

The big win just shows an endorsement of Najib astute 'People-First' helming of a-mess-of-a-country left by Dol-tidoq. UMNO is bottoming-out and on a gradual uptrend, come the 13th GE PR will be 'Pakatan Rebah' if the UMNO folks don't get over-confident and not start getting any funny ideas of old, and Najib to always have his fingers on the pulse of the rakyat and moderate accordingly. Hey boss! try listen to the vigorous SSS pulse!

Bagan Pinang: Sodomites and dhimmis beware!

PAS must be getting very desperate in Bagan Pinang such that they got no compunction concorting such a brazen lie, here and making a call for a FALSE jihad, here.

What's got into the mind of these people. That was a seditious and a dangerous call and not an equitable strategy to gain just a few more votes in a mere fu#$ing PRK. Its not like Hadi is going to be the PM or Nik Aziz is going to be the Grand Ayatollah of Malaysia if PAS wins the PRK. So chill you s-holes!

Anwar? Did he really believe he can be PM? Didn't he heard Hadi mocked at the very idea of him being PM? Saying something about "..angan-angan Mat Jenin..". I really think he will be given the lashes if found guilty of sodomy - the evidence against him is airtight going by the grapevines, if those two moolahs got to be PM and Grand Ayatollah of Malaysia. DAP? Well, they will be classified as dhimmis and probably be spared of the lashes unless there are sodomites among them, but some of them will highly likely be stripped of their citizenship and be hounded out of the country.

You folks think PAS is not capable of doing that? They have contorted the verses of the quran out of shape whenever it suits them, so a 'koner baring' U-turn on their Pakatan deal will be no sweat for them, they can do it without batting an eyelid.

After all, they have an array of quranic verses that says they don't need sodomites or a kafir-laknat - that's what they call DAP out of earshot, dhimmis who once said "..Islamic state? Over my dead body.." and have the habit of takebeer instead of takbir, to share ruling with them. Heck! I am not sure if dhimmis are even allowed to rule.

You know folks, PAS got their own justification for their rampant lying and two-timing nature, they called it takiyya. This they got from the Syiah and though they hate the Syiah guts they are a great admirer of their Iranian revolution.

MERDEKA! - The 52 years of neglect

Happy MERDEKA folks! Hope its not too late wishing MERDEKA, been really busy!

Or, is it really a happy MERDEKA? Our super slo-mo economy, our carca-marba politics and hosts of other pain in the asses.. As if that's not bad enough the recent head rolling turn of events coming into this MERDEKA really tells us that our communities relations are in the pits. Pig's head had rolled, cow's head had rolled, I shudder to think what kind of head would rolled next.

Let's just hope that the only head that roll the next time is the red snapper head - or kurau or senangin etc, like the one I had buka time yesterday. Naahh! not curry for me, it was smokin' spicy 'masak lomak cili api'. Mama mia! It was sooooo good, quoting my late grandfather.. "sampai becemat selemo kek dinding".

But seriously folks! What do you expect when after 52 year of nationhood you have people calling themselves Warga Bangsa Malaysia making a mockery of that very notion? They cannot even master the basics like sings the Negara-ku or recite the Rukun Negara or even speak Bahasa Malaysia properly, let alone know what being a Warga Bangsa Malaysia entails with regards to clauses in the constitution. Any wonder that some of the causes they fight for, their demands and their actions are bordering on being subversives?

This is a major pain in the ass that have its roots in the vernacular schools. It such a no brainer.. 'Bahasa Menunjukan Bangsa' and it follows that 'Bahasa Malaysia Menunjukan Bangsa Malaysia'. How can people who call themselves Warga Bangsa Malaysia in their formative years learn and absorb the rudiments of their Bangsa Malaysia identity communicating ideas, images and folklores, in the classroom receiving instructions from teachers and mingling among themselves in the canteen or playing in the playground, in languages of Far-Flug-Places. It is just not done..

It makes a mockery of the constitution for the national language to be just mere one of the subjects in schools and not its medium of instructions for all subjects. Scenes from the series 'Mind your language' - imagine the Malay version, would surely be an apt description for a typical Bahasa Melayu class in the vernacular schools. That's what you get from immigrants, not from people whose forefathers came here in their rickety tongkangs around the turn of last century, who had been accepted as citizens, who over the years breeds according the fibonacci sequence and flourished on the bounty of this land.

This language-nation relationship and the influence of a single national school system with the national language as medium of instruction in moulding a united citizenry are so fundamental to the idea of nationhood, it could not have escaped the British - who brought the immigrants here, and the founding fathers when they were delicately engineering the foundation of the nation. Well! for the British at least it didn't! The vernacular schools are not supposed to be around today.

The British built the vernacular schools with the intention that the immigrants when the time comes will go back to where they came from. It was not in the British scheme of things at that time for the immigrants to stay on and be citizens. The vernacular schools were meant to educate and prepare the immigrants for life when they return to their Far-Flung-Places homeland.

Obviously, the situation with the vernacular schools today is not what we bargained for and we sure as hell didn't bargained for the sorry excuse for a Warga Bangsa Malaysia that the vernacular schools curned out. We have let things slips folks! This is a systematic blunder that had been staring and will continue be staring at our face until we snapped out of our - as of this MERDEKA, 52 years denial and correct this blight in our education system.

Well..! There's time to bitch and there's is time to act folks!

The Demi Negara Blogging Community - DNBC, had sounded the clarion call for SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA - SSS, by kicking-off a non-partisan citizens SSS campaign on the eve of May 13th earlier this year.

Since then, the campaign had received overwhelming support, there had been a lot of discussions, it had picked up staunch followings and equally staunch opponents too, namely.. damned! I still can't remember that shortie Wee Deputy Education Minister guy full name, it had created a lot of awareness on the issue among the general public.

The SSS campaign now had reached another milestone, moved up another gear folks! As of 0000 hrs 31st August MERDEKA day DNBC has launched a SSS Portal. The portal is a comprehensive resource on SSS and designed to provide the general public - the silent majority who will make the SSS campaign a success in due time, with details and further clarification on SSS proposal.

Ramadan bits - The starting block habit

I remember..

When I was a kid of 5 or 6 years old at buka time I got this habit, I am sure most have seen it, I called it the starting block habit.

The few seconds countdown to buka time was like being on the starting block of a world championship blue ribband 100 metre dash event. I would have gone past the 'get set', 'ready' stage, my hand would be holding a big koleh of air sirap biji selasih - a mandatory thirst quencher in my family buka time, close to my lips anticipating our kampung mosque muazzin's bang! - rhyme with abang, the call for maghrib prayer that signals buka time.

The picosecond, yes picosecond folks! the muazzin's bang! went - as a comparison Usain 'Insane' Bolt reaction to the starting gun bang! - sounds similar to bank, is in the milliseconds, a slight tilt upwards on the koleh would send the ice-cold sirap biji selasih rushing past my parched lips, into my mouth, down my throat and all the way through the rest of my alimentary canal like water rushing through a bursting dam, giving my bodily system a blissful shock as I bottoms-up the big koleh of ais sirap biji selasih in rapid successions of revenous gulps.

That was the first liquid of the day folks! a big koleh full of ais sirap biji selasih and it taste like kids heaven and the dash to the finish was accompanied by a long satisfied aaaaahhhhhhh..!

Later I was told by my father to buka according to the Rasullulah PBUH way, to have a bite on the dates first, but the starting block habit didn't go away. Now at the 'starting-block' my hand would be holding a date close to my lips instead a of a big koleh of ais sirap biji selasih in anticipation of the muazzin's bang! Hey! I was a kid ok.

I tell you folks..! it might look silly but it was no ordinary feat. As for liquids being bottoms-up goes.. I am sure Ronnie Liu or his chip of the old Gee Hins and Hai Sans ancestor block samsengs cannot 'take beer' and yamseng as quick as I bottoms-up my big koleh of ais sirap biji selasih at buka time.

PR Kucing Kuraps On A Hot Tin Roof

Shit have really hit the fan for the PR with Teoh's death.

These days the PR CAT slogan is more apt describing the corrupt CATs - kucing kuraps, that are running the incompetent, unaccountable and opaque administration in Penang, previously Perak and Selangor state governments.

There was the initial customary disorentation as a result of Teoh's death, the what the duck happened stuff, you know.. the clueless mousedeer oblivious to the trap kind of disorientation, as the Malay would called it. They were one supposed to be doing the trapping on the BN remember! Suddenly out of the blue the PR got trapped by their own corrupt kucing kuraps misappropriating funds and associations with the underworld, that became fodder to a power struggle for the Selangor MB post that lead to the MACC investigation and in the course of which Teoh a willing witness or some have it a whistle blower, mysteriously plunged to his death.

Their initial customary drill blaming the MACC, the BN, Najib, Rosmah and everyone else except themselves, crying out for a RCI fizzles out when Najib not only complied with their RCI request but more, a RCI for MACC SOP and an Inquest for the cause of Teoh's death. Najib is not about to play into the PR hands and provides leeway for them to confuse issues, he limits the scope of the RCI.

The Tan-from-Kajang-guy initial public statement that he saw Teoh at 6.00 am on the day of Teoh's death is damning, that makes him the last person to see Teoh alive and that is a serious thing in a sucide investigation. Following that his refusal to give statements to the police after making a police report on the MACC doesn't do any good to PR case either.

The early confusion gone, their bearing returned and it must have dawned on them that the Teoh saga is going to hit them like tumbling bowling pins hit by a bowler's strike and they sure looked like kucing kuraps on a hot tin roof now.

In what seems to be a desperate act of self preservation Tan-from-Kajang-guy finally filed a lawsuit against the MACC for unlawful detention. Must be some funny detention to be allowed to loiter around the pantry and slept on the office couch and of course allow to go home, Tan-from-Kajang-guy made it home didn't he?

It's just some nuisance lawsuit to weigh down the process of justice and to heightened the confusion that already is, while they huddle to come out with more of their scheming and lies to salvage their disastrous fortune or rather misfortune.

Well folks! some semblance of the truth will be out soon, the police investigation is about done and the Inquest on Teoh's death is going to start around next week.

In the meantime, lets just sit back, relax and enjoy the theatrics of the PR Kucing Kuraps On A Hot Tin Roof.

Nik Aziz kena pencen sebelum dipencenkan

I'll be damned! Nik Aziz got his ass kicked real bad in Manek Urai!

Manek Urai epitomize the Kelantan boondock where folks believe Nik Aziz can walk on water, literally that is and the malaikats are tripping all over themselves rushing to assist in whatever his endavour. What's more in an all important by-election, in his own backyard some more! An opportunity for him to re-energize his 'aura' that has been on the dim side off-late and show how things are done. And he didn't hold back, firing his Ayah Pin and communist salvo at UMNO amongst others, and his whisper regarding Nasarudin Mat Isa presence in the Manek Urai's campaign must have been heard. Nasarudin the Unity-government champion must be pissing in his pants at the thought of incurring Nik Aziz's and the rest of the local unseen world entities wraths by appearing in the Manek Urai campaign unsanctioned, thus his disappearing act early on.

When it seems it was counter-productive for PAS Manek Urai campaign to be missing their Deputy President, Nasarudin did finally make an appearance. In a press conference he just sat and smiled like a stinking cockle and said nothing and Hadi got do the talking for him, lest some journalist frame a loaded Unity-government question and Nasarudin cannot articulate a solid Nik-Aziz-politically-correct answer, at least that's what it appear to be on TV. It must be one of Nik Aziz terms to sanction Nasarudin to appear in Manek Urai. Hey! He was lord of all he survey around these parts.

The PAS leadership especially Hadi had to humour the increasingly difficult old man that have become an obstacle to PAS moving forward. Nik Aziz after all is the Mursyidul Am of PAS, albeit one whose thought - especially on the Unity-government issue, is in complete collision course with PAS leaderships and the Malay electorate in general. Anyway! they had send out crystal clear messages, if he's not hard on hearing and seeing.. they had snubbed his choice for PAS Deputy President post in the recent PAS muktamar and they don't give two hoots about his opposition to the Unity-government issue and continue to embrace and pursue it.

Well folks! Seems the malaikats deserted Nik Aziz in Manek Urai and his 'aura' continue to dim further. The wali politician oxymoron have become a bona-fide moron for reducing the lofty office of the Mursyidul Am of PAS, getting himself in a position of an embattled politician in danger of being alienated or worse pensioned-off if he still insists on having his way especially on issues regarding the Unity-government.

Nik Aziz the wali politician oxymoron wasted no time to rebuild his all important "brand" that was battered recently.

He was humiliated when PAS leaderships were not amused with him allowing himself to be possessed by a horse saka of Trojan origin and voted his proxy for the PAS Deputy President post Husam Musa out. The episode must have touch a hot button in him.. his branded humble, soft spoken, tears down the cheek 'berdoa' piousness went out of the window and like a man possesed let out a vengeful tirade against UMNO and Nasarudin Mat Isa who kick Husam Musa ass for the PAS deputy president post, telling him to join UMNO.

His composure regained, saw what a complete moron he had became and being the political animal that he really is and realised what better way to rebuild his brand than snatching the initiative as far as UMNO is concerned, but turning the table on Hadi's reconciliatory unity government talk and asking UMNO to a confrontational debate instead. Of course, the rebuilding exercise also included the tried and true, his all fimiliar self-serving holier-than-thou pronouncements, no matter how ridiculous. His latest.. UMNO are followers of Ayah Pin and a communist organization.

Mild by his standard but ridiculous nonetheless, probably part of his rebuilding strategy, nothing too hard for now, or he just got nothing clever to say. At his branded-self best his portfolio amongst others includes UMNO kafir for working with non-Muslims MCA and MIC and the blasphemous 'Allah pun mencarut' to justify a collegue vulgar pu*imak remark.

And UMNO at the receiving end of his self-serving pronouncements almost always could only let out a pathetic whimper in response, heck! some clueless UMNO folks even became his apologist saying he is someone in the know saying things like these. But when PAS decided to work with the Islam-over-my-dead-body kafir laknat DAP, it was just like another day in the office, seems Nik Aziz must have given DAP a 'safaat' of sort. Such is the power of Nik Aziz brand.

Well folks! These looks like nonsense that were happening in the collapsing stages of Islamic empires throughout the ages, when clueless ulamas reign supreme. Their self-serving pronouncements deviated and divided the ummah, their self-indulgence and pre-occupations with their egos were at the expense of the greater interest of the ummah and they soon became so hated that even a person like the kafir laknat Kamal Atartuk were looked upon as a saviour and caused the collapsed Ottoman empire.

And in our neck of the woods, Nik Aziz reign supreme.

Not Sleepy Dol kind of clueless flip-flop

Well folks! It looked like it was a major flip-flop on PAS part with regard to their unity government read Malay unity, proposal.

At a time when the Malay/Muslims are indulging in their perennial favourite pastime - fighting one another silly, hell bent on snuffing the life out of one another with a 'menang jadi abu, kalah jadi arang' passion - a recurring theme that in the past had enabled foreigners to easily drive wedge between contending Malay/Muslims, fragmenting and weakening them, that had seen them stuck in continous cycle of foreign subjagations over much of their 600 odd years of written history; PAS call for unity government was a reprimand to all players in the current hightened political drama that had gone awry for the Malay/Muslims, putting them in danger of succumbing to a more subtle subjagation of today. The puppet PAS-helmed former Perak government was sort of a case in point.

PAS after all is a Malay/Muslim party and knows pretty damn well on which side their bread is buttered and the call was a no-lose situation for PAS whichever way it flipped, or flopped for that matter. It was well received by the Malay/Muslims who are generally sick and tired of the brazen attack on the Malays/Muslims constitutional rights by the non-Malays at their moments of weakness. The battered UMNO.. they prayed hard for it to happen. The episode culminated in the Hadi, Nik Aziz proxy fight for the PAS Deputy President's post in the recent PAS muktamar which Nik Aziz uncharacteristically lost.

It was PAS expressing themselves putting in their proper places Anwar's Torjan horse Husam Musa and his puppet Nik Aziz partnership that had been a thorn in the party's ass off late. Trojan horse and puppet partnerships - not unlike the recent UMNO's KJ and Sleepy Dol partnership, seems to be in vogue these days but PAS had seen the implosion the duo caused UMNO and want to guard against that ever happen to PAS.

Some say Nik Aziz is not a mere politican but a brand, and more.. a revered Tuan Guru and to some folks a wali. All that notwithstanding, it was PAS saying that he had overstretched the respect and influence accorded to him for all his lofty positions seen and unseen, and it was quite unbecoming of him to allow himself to be cluelessly possessed by a horse saka of the Trojan kind, whose master is said to be a back stabber in more ways than sticking a knife on one's back.

To Anwar, antagonist-in-chief of the current post 12th GE heightened political drama, mainly due to his need for an expediated political solution with him as PM, to save his ass from what seems to be a water tight - going by the grapevines, upcoming career-terminating spend-time-in-the-slammer criminal case against him in court; its PAS exorcising his horse saka out of their system and giving a thumping blow to his gambit to get PAS to be a party to his wayang troupe to further hightened the drama politicizing his criminal case to save his sorry ass. Its PAS short of saying.. sorry bro! your ass is grass.

To the non-Malay ingrates, its PAS scaring the shit out of them with the unity government call. A friend joked in response to PAS call the non-Malays will have their own unity thingy.. and called it the 'Liberated Association of National Chinese and Indians Alliance Union' or LANCIAU in short.

To UMNO, they better clean up their act. Its PAS saying they are readying themselves to be the mainstream Malay/Muslim party, else they have to give an arm and a leg to get PAS be in a unity government with them, that is if they even want to be a party to it.

Well! PAS flip-flopped back to their iffy status in the PR coalition for now - but one thing for sure this is not the kind of clueless flip-flop that Sleepy Dol was prone to do when he was PM, the messages have been sent out loud and clear and everyone now know their proper places.

SSUS - Stand-up and be counted!

Folks! The SSUS campaign lunched by the Demi Negara community on May 12th have been a huge success, thus far!

At a time when Malaysian lifes are shrouded with fear, uncertainty and doubt, infused with divisive politicking that has run totally out of alignment hacking away the very foundation of the nation, SSUS presents an elegant, logical not to mentioned fit-and-proper solution to the question of Unity and the creation of a truly Warga Bangsa Malaysia that made a lot of sense and everyone to sit up and listen.

In just a little bit over a month, SSUS have caught on like wildfire and has outgrown its online abode i.e. blogsphere, later Facebook and made it to the MSM, the newspapers and TV and now to you folks, the public at large.

The hoolamaks have spoken!

From day one the hoolamaks were an iffy partner in the coalition led by the guy-with-moral-issues cum former fat-cats leader whose party's rag-tag followings includes, former fat-cats, those from an outdated religious youth organization and others that seems to have crawled out of some worm holes someplace adjourned from their mating or whatever their slimy activites, spellbound by his pied-piper like demagoguery. The other coalition partner is of course the chauvanistic Chinese-singkeh based party whom whenever out of ear-shot they would called kafir-laknat.

The coalition was probably a question of the lesser of two evils, though which is more evil, the fat-cats or the guy-with-moral-issues et al plus the kafir-laknat they are stuck with now is debatable. They can always go it alone like they always do but what swung it for the coalition was the God given opportunity to capitalize on the dumb-ass Sleepy Dol leadership of the fat-cats that had left the fat-cats deliciously good for the whipping for once. The opportunity was there for the pickings and an alternative coalition front going one on one with the fat-cats be-end coalition would be the way to go, no splitting of votes. Hence, the unholy alliance with the guy-with-moral-issues and the kafir-laknat.

And the pickings were good, their loose coalition won big, relatively speaking, in the 12th GE that follow. Celebration's over and the business of being in a coalition ruling several states got going. One got to be in close quaters for this and it reveals each and everyone's warts and all. Acting is very much the guy-with-moral-issues forte, for the hoolamak it was an uneasy, alway looking-over-their-back kind of relationship and the awarkness was quite evident.

Have anyone ever seen any of the top hoolamak leaders walked directly in front of the guy-with-moral-issues at any functions? And risk being stabbed in the back, and that's not the worst that can happen, I bet not! They always keep him at arms length, safely by the side. The hoolamak cannot be too careful, literally or otherwise.

And they soon learn that the Chinese-singkeh are very much of same mould as their sworn enemies through the milleniums, the Jews, give them an inch and they want a yard. The Chinese-singkeh had unscruplously leverage on what little power they newly acquired to the hilt, bullying a confused hoolamak MB of one of the state they ruled to give an unprecedented 999 years land lease to their singkeh kind. Their behinds screwed, not to mentioned the the Sultan who had politely but sternly spoke against the land lease was really pissed at them, the hooolamak were left to maintain a straight face trying to put a believable spin explaining especially to the Malay/Muslim public.

And the sheer vulgarity of the Chinese-singkeh.. whatever their leanings, including those back-stabbing be-end Chinese-singkeh losers, they took the teeny-weeny power shift in their favor as a carte-blache to attack the social contract. These Chinese-singkeh seems to be totally unclear on issues or rather try to confuse the issues. If they want to attack the unrepentent, corrupt fat-cats that's been abusing the implementation of the social contract, hey! wait for me! I would really love to hang those corrupt fat-cats naked upside-down and let loose red ants all over their body. But no! they try to confuse the issues to attack the social contract.

There's no plausible explainations for the Chinese-singkeh to attack the social contract that have been agreed upon by all communities, especially at moments of the Malay/Muslim weakness, but an act of betrayal, shameless opportunism and sheer greed. Confusing issues are how the Chinese-singkeh and their likes, the Jews, etc., outmaneuver victims to handover a yard, and another, and another, and another.. These acts of betrayal, shameless opportunism and sheer greed are causes of turmoil in societies and its eventual collapse that are being told and retold in most holy books.

And the guy-with-moral-issues, well.. is a guy with moral issues. He got a career-terminating do-time-in-the-slammer sodomy case due soon in court and the grapevines have it the case against him is airtight. Time is not on his side, only an expediated political solution with himself as PM, can save his ass. Any wonder his frogs luring activities to forcibly change the government that results in the September 16 fiasco? His savy arraying of the new media, international and local, to ridiculously accuse and relentlessly attack the persons of the newly installed fat-cats PM to tarnish his image and the nation's? And his egging of the Chinese-singkeh attacks on the social contract by saying he is going to eliminate the NEP if he becomes the PM? All are desperate attempts to uncharacteristically hasten the downfall of the fat-cats government, like there is no 13th GE, to save his ass.

All these are not lost on the majority of the hoolamaks, heck! even to Singh-wanabe-king, who gave him a good dressing down for his frogs luring activities. The Chinese-singkeh have shown a glimpse of what they are capable of if sometime in the unfortunate Malay/Muslim future they actually manage to get control of the government and the guy-with-moral-issues have shown that his only interest is to save his sorry ass and has auctioned his soul to those who can help him.. the Chinese-singkeh, foreign elements, etc.

It's not lost on hoolamaks too that after a short respite of 52 years of popular self-rule, albeit by the fat-cats, from their almost 600 years of being stuck in a continous cycle of foreign subjagations, the Malay/Muslims are divided right down the middle, fighting one another to the brink 'menang jadi abu kalah jadi arang' and are in danger of being swept again into a more subtle, sophisticated and vicious subjagations of today, local or foreign.

Perhaps the sorry-ass picture of the future of the Malay/Muslims that jolt the hoolamaks to their senses. Thus when the guy-with-moral-issues's cultivated with tender-loving-care trojan horse, a young ambitious hoolamak, runs for the deputy presidency of the hoolamak flock with the endorsement of the near senile but influential hoolamak head priest in their recent muktamar, the final jigsaw in his strategy puzzle to put the hoolamak flock solidly behind his days-are-numbered ass seems to be neatly in place, but alas! the trojan horse was chased into the wilderness.

There's hope yet for the unity government, read Malay unity. The hoolamaks have spoken! the Chinese-singkeh are scrambling for cover and the guy-with-moral-issues will soon be hung to dry.

Wee, what's his full name - its not Weedaharta Hartoyo I am sure or anything of similar sounding lucky for him, the Deputy Minister of Education of Malaysia wants to sue citizen bloggers promoting SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA.

Talk is cheap, Dato' Shamsuddin Nawawi one of the said citizen bloggers have thrown Wee an open challenge to sue.

The likes of Wee, some of the non-Malay politicians across the political divide, have been vehemently touting BANGSA MALAYSIA like true patriots. But their opposition to SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA which calls for a single school system with BAHASA MALAYSIA as the meduim of instruction for all schools in Malaysia, a key ingredient to facilitate racial integration and foster UNITY thus creation of a true BANGSA MALAYSIA, exposed the racists and hypocrites that they are.

WTF is their BANGSA MALAYSIA all about then? Gaining more grounds to take pot shots at the Malay special rights and privileges? So that they can go ya lor.. we are all BANGSA MALAYSIA what, where got Malay, Iban, Kadazan, Chinese, Indians one, where got Malay special rights and privileges? We have seen their rabid attacks on the constitutional providence of the Malays, given a dog chance.

They go gaga over 1Malaysia. At the moment going from 1Malaysia the idea to 1Malaysia the reality is an exercise of staring at one big gaping hole that needs a lot of details to plug out. 1 million people can have 2 or 3 million ideas what they like 1Malaysia the reality to be. The likes of Wee are drooling at the prospect of making 1Malaysia the reality a racists and hypocrites heaven. So now they go 1Malaysia here, there and everywhere hawking their version of free-for-all 1Malaysia.

Wee and the likes of him must be monkey-shocked and squirming like worms expose to heat when confronted with the sheer logic and elegance of SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA in developing a truly BANGSA MALAYSIA. Surely not the sub-standard kind they get segregating students in vernacular schools, who at the first sign of weakness has no qualm of stabbing the back of their benefactor whose generosity they accepted to enable them be fellow citizens of this blessed land. It got to be 1School first before 1Malaysia or whatever, comprande!

And I got news for them.

May 13th Campaign for UNITY

Today is May 13th.

I guess I'll start the day by supporting SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA (SSUS) campaign initiated by some of the otai bloggers rather than remembering too much of the festivities of 1969.

If I remember anything at all.. I was a small kid then, moreover my family was posted overseas at that time, so I was never anywhere near ground zero. But the stories I have heard, the images I have seen and that it happened right here in this beloved country of ours, put the fear of God in me that it'll happen again.

So, its only appropriate for me to do my bit for UNITY today.

I am among those who are of the view that the current segregated school system is a bane to racial integration particularly among primary school children who are at their most impressionable age, thus a bane to UNITY. SSUS is a campaign to overcome the problem, thus is a campaign for UNITY.

Some of you guys may have other ideas, its ok, we are living in a democracy, everbody knows the drill.

Nizar does not foam in the mouth..

But I guess he just cannot help taking a swipe at the Court of Appeal decision that cut short his MB tenure, the second time around since the 12th GE to a mere 19 hours.

Nizar said the Court of Appeal decision does not take into account the rakyat's wishes, so it must follow that the High Court decision that declare him MB takes into account the rakyat's wishes. Pray tell since when does the court deliberate on the points of what the rakyat wishes or anyone elses for that matter, with regard to facts of the case at hand to come out with a decision. I thought the court deliberate on points of the law.

I can detect there's a bit of a realization on Nizar and I guess that goes for rest of the PR apparatchiks too that the slogan.. the court is not fair does not fly anymore, thus the relatively muted response and lack of foam in Nizar's mouth. Or am I speaking too soon?

One got to be careful with the flip-flopping nature - which is common, of the courts decision these days else one can get caught in embarassing situations like what happen to Anwar here, and we can see that he is a master flip-flop exponent himself. While the original flip-flop has what people in digital electronics call propagation delay flip-flopping from one state to another, Anwar the drama king flip-flops from one act to another without even batting an eyelid, such a natural.

Talking about Anwar, drama and the court.. Anwar will have to put 'an act' of his life in court soon else he'll probably be given a long term starring role in a local reality series of 'Prison Break'.

As for Nizar since you were the one who started the court proceedings in the current political imbroglio lets see it to the end will you, don't be such a sore loser.

Zambry got an indefinite stay of execution on the High Court decision declaring Nizar is still MB of Perak. After about 24 hours out of the MB job Zambry is back as Perak MB.

Guess Nizar didn't made it to the audience with the Sultan.

Wonder if Nizar can go to court to ask for a stay of execution for the stay of execution that Zambry got for the High Court decision that declare Nizar is MB of Perak? I am not surprised if he can. There's already suit upon suit upon suit on a single issue. Of couse one can see that I am no lawyer.

The above are excerpts of text, sms, ?? exchanges between Ngeh and Sivakumar. It was stern warning Ngeh gave to Sivakumar when Sivakumar in one instance I guess balked at Ngeh instructions to control BN representatives speeches in the Perak DUN.

Arguments of Socratic proportion for KJ

I am quite surprise that a no brainer decision such as DS Najib appointing what seems to be a capable and CLEAN cabinet has found arguments of Socratic proportion against it in a series of posts and comments that follow in the euradite Sakmongkol AK47 blog.

Well! In not so many words, Scorates and corruption.. It must rank high in the list of ultimate oxymorons. Dato Sak seems to get totally suckered by KJ's enormous talent and use the full extend of his cerebral AK47 firepower to argue KJ should be in the cabinet NOW.

He seems oblivious to the fact that KJ was found guilty of corruption and in the politics of these days and age that is an enormous liability, and find it difficult to understand on the balance of KJ's enormous proven liability against his enormous unproven talent, the tilt is on KJ's liability to be factored in DS Najib's decision making.

Datuk Sak even agreeed at one point what a deft political move by Najib not to include KJ in his cabinet given the scenario but a recurring theme in his posts is TDM as the figure behind the decision.

This is not giving DS Najib a lot of credit, we are talking about a guy who got to be in a position where Ku Li, Musa Hitam, Ghaffar Baba and Anwar Ibrahim never got to be, here. Pak Lah was an exception, its written in the 'Luh Mahfuz' a bozo was to be Najib's predecessor probably as a 'hikmah' for him to take lessons from.

Whether TDM is around or not to make DS Najib's life miserable or otherwise, DS Najib needs a capable and CLEAN cabinet PERIOD and he make the decision for a capable and CLEAN cabinet.

If anything, TDM and just about a zillion others including yours truly with his 'pistol air' was only pointing out the obvious.

KJ, the cabinet..

The cabinet was announced! Not exactly same old, same old.. but not exactly WOW! either.

It was not a surprise that KJ was not in the line-up. With Najib shouting his lungs out calling for UMNO to transform from its corrupt fat-cat ways, appointing KJ would be like a premature ejaculation.

But all is not lost, he's young, he got time on his side and he got the parliament and UMNO Youth as platforms to make himself visible. If he is really that good as some people say he is, the fact would not be lost on his skeptics and surely not on the leadership. He can use the time not in the cabinet to rehabilitate his image, his money politics, his spoil brat image. These days the leadership bar has been raised.

In addition, he can reflect on his left leaning idea wrt UMNO that his FIL was disastrously trying to push, and exmine it in proper perspective and with the benefit of hindsight, to get a better handle of the task to be undertaken. It's delicate job and requires a lot of maturity. The half-baked policies of the last 5 years have imaturity stamped all over it.

In time, if the idea is of any good and the conditions are more opportune, and if he is of any good as a leader and properly prepped to be cabinet-ready, who knows what height he is be able to achieve..

We don't want someone to cluelessly announce to the 30, 40 thousands odd Malay class F contractors to go find another job as if he got all the answers and then flip-flop his way out of it, and becomes a habit of his administration. At the end of it left the country and the Malays in ruins.

Anyway.. Congratulations! to those appointed to the cabinet. Your PERFORMANCE are under scrutiny, yes there's DS Najib's KPI but more damning will be the RAKYAT's ie. their votes. So get cracking..

Bertemu buku dengan ruas..

Well folks! BN wins the batang and lost the bukits.

We must remember before Najib's ascension, UMNO was totally demoralized and dangerously disintegrating into oblivion if it continues with its fat-cat ways and the PR was ready to zero-in for the kill. With Najib pushing all the right buttons UMNO came out of the recent GA with somewhat of a renewed hope of being transformed though not entirely, there are still bad-asses in the lower enchelon of the top leadership 'saf'.

Given the scenario UMNO/BN loss is not too bad, they are hanging in there. A PR loss especially in Bukit Gantang on the other hand would spell disaster for them and would have send their loose coalition's momentum completely in the opposite direction.

PR might have won but with Najib's ascension their momentum have hit a bit of a drag. In Najib the PR have met a worthy opponent, 'bertemu buku dengan ruas' as the Malay puts it. The momentum the PR build on TUN flip-flop's UMNO is no more.

It will not be lost on PR that there's a swing of Malay voters to UMNO and on UMNO/BN of the still recaltirant Chinese voters. These are as one ancient mariner blogger puts it loose-ends that needs to be tighten up and from now until the 13th GE battle-royal, come any by-election there will be good battles to be fought.

Moving forward, Najib must bring the battle to the PR. He needs to stay on the course of 'berubah or rebah' transformation he sets, appoint a capable and clean cabinet, keep his fingers on the pulse of the rakyat always, do the necessary and deliver.

Let the battle begins!

Tun flip-flop is gone, TDM is back in UMNO fold, Najib is the President of UMNO and PM of this great country's of ours. His 1Malaysia idea sounds kosher, the votings in the 3 by-elections are proceeding smoothly, seems everything's honky dory, hope the people vote wisely and may the best party wins.

As such I agree with what the The Voice said, here, about the partisan bloggers to be civil with one another and 'agree to disagree'.

Meanwhile, let's take time-out, I'll relate to you folks an important discovery..

A Facebook friend of mine was posting notes on Facebook on those 101 stuffs, you know.. Management 101, Family 101, stuffs like that.

I thought it was good but I thought it would be better if he could post stuffs that are more of my immediate concern at the moment, so I asked if he got something on Wife 101 or Girlfriend 101.

He came back with the stuff below, I had a good laugh.. no! I was rolling on the floor laughing my ass off and I thought I share it with you folks! You just have to appreciate the sheer elegance of the mathematics..

Congratulation DS Najib for being appointed the 6th PM of Malaysia!!!

Despite the opposition trying every dirty tricks in the book to stop his ascension, it is DS Najib's DESTINY to ascend to the office of the PM of Malaysia.

A Pahang aristocrat, DS Najib is one of the hereditary Orang Besar Berempat carrying the title Orang Kaya Indra Shahbandar is the eldest son of the Legendary Tun Abdul Razak the country's 2nd PM and nephew of Tun Hussein Onn the country's 3rd PM. He is thus a political blueblood brought up in an environment of leadership and groomed for leadership, and his tour of duty serving 3 PMs in the various cabinet postitions and the UMNO leadership hierachy has horned his andministrative and leadership skills to follow in his father's giant footstep.

Sireh pulang ke gangang, pinang pulang ke tampuk, is an apt Malay description of DS Najib ascension to the PM office.

There never was a time when just about everyone in the country is so invested in the appointment of a new Prime Minister, for it signals the end of a very destabilising out-of-touch TUN Flip-Flop era.

For UMNO, its is a God given opportunity to be resusitated from the moral degradation that have made them look like a fat-cats regime out-of-touch with the masses, and winning back all the lost grounds during TUN Flip-Flop era.

For the rakyat folks, a new hope of a clean, professional, hands-on cabinet formed, one that gets real job done like tackling the economics crisis for starters.

For the opposition, their days of them taking pot-shots at UMNO/BN, gnawing at UMNO/BN grounds and UMNO/BN giving them as-good-as walkover in any by-election is over.

For Nizar, DS Najib is giving all the right signals, looks like UMNO is not about to be minced meat, your DERHAKA ASS is probably going to be grass after all.

For Anwar, you have run out of tricks, your DESTINY awaits you..

And I guess for now the current UMNO GA, a watershed of a GA must pass too..

Watershed because the years of unhealthy living has taken its toll and UMNO landed itself in the ICU and this GA is the one-chance-only left to be resuscitated. What comes out of this GA and more importantly the actions that follow carry serious ramifications to the lives of Malays for the generations to come.

In their moments of reflection, their laments or rejoices will carry them back to this watershed GA that sealed their fate. To the choices that the delegates made, to the effectiveness of the YET-TO-BE-FORMED CABINET, bla bla bla! In their laments they will see the Si Kitols who will be the subject of their curse and in their rejoices they will see the heroes who will be the subject of their adulation.

There has been a clear and urgent call for transformation and you delegates have responded but NOT unequivocally, obviously the printed first Agong's head still prevails and there will be clear indictments.

The SUNATULLAH corresponding to your actions is already in force and only a prompt and urgent FOLLOW-UP actions can probably just undo the blight in your actions, so that the rakyat will rejoice intead of lament, adulating the heroes instead of cursing the Si-Kitols , at what will come to pass..

And my sincere condolences to UMNO!!!

DS Najib really rallied the troops with his speech opening the UMNO Wanita, Pemuda and Puteri wings assembly yesterday. It was very inspiring and came aptly at a critical juncture when UMNO is still nursing its 12 GE near fatal wounds while the opposition vultures are circling above looking to zero-in for the kill.

It was a call for total transformation. Amongst others, DS Najib conveyed in no uncertain terms the BERUBAH or REBAH urgency of eradicating money politics in UMNO. It lifted the spirit of UMNO masses in hopeful anticipation of a new and transformed UMNO going forward.

A delegate to the UMNO GA next week will be tabling a resolution to appoint Tun Dr Mahathir and Tun Dain Zainudin as advisers to the party and government, thus a formation of a council of elders of sort. Read unpublished NST story here.

This is the best news I've heard in ages.

Godsend actually, looking at how bad our situations now are politically and economically. You bet it'll be a recurring nightmare for some, but then for them that is the whole damn idea.

I wrote TDM and TDZ would be a dream team in an earlier posting, here.

In Asian cultures and the Malays for sure, the elders are placed on an elevated position. Their experience and wisdom are valued, their opinions sought after, their voice are listened to and heck! some have their every gestures scrutinised to anticipate what they have in mind and then to act accordingly.

I am speaking from experience here.. my late grandfather. He got a way of getting his message across with very sparse words that we, my siblings and cousins had to learn fast, else if we misunderstood his message and if the stars were not lined up properly for us, we'd probably end up being the sorriest bunch of kids in the whole kampung.

As such, it is only natural for a party like UMNO to have a council of elders to advise the leaderships or just have their brain available for the leaderhips to pick on. It is such a good idea, it is quite surprising that there was much talk about it but never really been acted upon.

If the elders were around we surely would not have to endure THE juvenile rampaging round the country's administration like a bull in the china shop, like we have for the past 5 years or so, that have subjected UMNO and the Malays to much ridicule. He'd be one sorry dude if he do that.

The prospect of formation of the council of elders will sure make the juvenile have sleepless nights, on top of his recent money politics guilty findings by the UMNO disciplinary board and his crumbling UMNO KP campaign.

And THE PM who gave the nod of agreement to rocket the his SIL to the party's stratosphere without any merit except for the fact that the guy is legally sleeping with his daughter, would surely hear from the elders and appropriate advice would have been dispensed.

It can do only good. Council of Elders, hmm.. there's a nice ring to it. Hope it happens!

Guess Pak Lah held UMNO ransom.

His meeting with Anwar must have loomed large on UMNO that the UMNO displinary board made the kind of decision that it made on the money politics fiasco, especially with regards to KJ.

And the justification that Tengku Ahmad Rithauddeen gave on letting KJ off lightly with just a warning really is an insult to the intelligence.

Now its up to the UMNO GA delegates to do what the leadership failed to do.. vote out those involve in money politics.

If they insist on 'syok sendiri' and still at their same old shenanigan then punishment will be swift for UMNO come the 13th GE.

Folks! looks like the current UMNO political drama has taken yet another unexpected turn, well..! not really, we heard rumours and sort of expected it coming.

We have seen Pak Lah flexing his sagging Anwar's-steroid induced muscles for the world to see and Malaysians are wondering why and are on the edge of their seat anticipating what is Pak Lah next move.

Well! take a load of this.. news from the grapevine is that all key Pak Lah's people who supposely will keep Najib in check when he is PM are implicated in money politics, here, and Pak Lah is trying his damndest to try keep UMNO disciplinary board from taking action, here.

Pak Lah had seen this coming. Now its clear what his muscle flexing is all about, it is an effort to pre-empt any action taken against his people, telling UMNO what he is capable of doing.

Its a tricky situation for UMNO. Its a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

If actions are taken, those implicated together with Pak Lah might just gang up with Anwar and not handover the PM post to Najib and if action is not taken, its going to be the same old corrupt UMNO.

It is interesting to see UMNO's displinary board resolve given the situation. Brace yourself folks, either way its going to be a heart-stopping finale..

Well folks, it is less that 14 days to go before the UMNO GA and we are coming to the empilog of the current Malaysian political drama.

Last week the drama took a totally unsuspected turn when Pak Lah met Anwar at a Nasyabandi dergah somewhere in Ulu Langat that have caught Malaysians how shall I aptly put it.. haa yes! 'terkejut beruk'.

I guess the normally low profile leave-us-alone busy with God Nasyabandis have momentarily become forgetful and slipped out of their 'zikir' to take bit part in the drama playing host to the unholy meeting.

I remember Bapak words, "..yang zahir menunjukan yang batin..". Seems those Nasyabandis are enticed by a bit of worldly prominence and that have sure made manifest a suspect of a spiritual achievement on their part.

Anyway, with less than 14 days to go before the UMNO GA, rather than accept wishes of the UMNO majority, lick his wounds and go quietly with whatever dignity he have left, Pak Lah is going to the brink and play his Anwar trump card and make the drama a real cliff-hanger.

Cliff-hanging wise in our context I think it is bigger than "who killed JR?" cliff-hanger of the popular 80s soap series Dallas.

What is the purpose of the meeting? What is Pak Lah next move? Is Pak Lah flexing muscle to influence Najib's choice of people to be in the cabinet? Is Pak Lah forming a pact with Anwar and not hand over the PM post to Najib? Or, is it Pak Lah just couldn't turn down a good lunch? Bla, Bla, Bla.. those are some of the cliff-hanging questions playing on the rakyats mind at the moment.

Unlike Dallas however, whatever moves Pak Lah makes next and if UMNO got killed in the process, there will be no doubt whatsoever as to "who killed UMNO"?

I have never called Pak Lah flip-flop because I am an electrical engineer by training and I know flip-flop is not a bad thing.

Pictured above is a schematic diagram of what people in digital electronics called flip-flop. It is called flip-flop because when a signal is applied to its input it gives at the output a signal that, well.. flip-flop, one microsecond it goes this way and the next microsecond it goes the opposite way and that is useful in the digital scheme of things.

Flip-flop is one of the most fundamental component in digital electronics because it is used to build higher order digital devices such as memories, mouse, keyboards, etc which in turn used to build even higher order digital devices ie. a computer.

That's just the computer, if you consider the whole spectrum of devices that makes today's digital world go round, then you can imagine the importance of these unsung flip-flops working at the lowest strata of the digital hierachy.

Unsung because whoever have heard of flip-flop before Pak Lah comes along, but unfortunately he is giving flip-flop a really bad rap.

While flip-flop is quite indispensible in the digital scheme of things, in our scheme of things Pak Lah flip-flopping antics have been causing a lot of problems, one minute he goes this way and the next minute he goes the opposite way. I think this country can be aptly named Negara Gohed-Gostan like the one mentioned in P Ramlee's 3 Abdul.

I guess his milestone flip-flop was his very first flip-flop, when he flip-flop on his promise - wonder who give him the idea, to TDM who anointed him successor. As a result of that flip-flop we had to endure Pak Lah incompetence which lead the country to its current predicament. After much persuasion Pak Lah agree to leave office, read hounded out of office.

One would think he should be 'bersyukur', for such an incompetent fool he is able to hold the office of the Prime Minister of Malaysia, while people with more illustrious names and who are more able, who during their time have more claim to the position than Pak Lah is now - he was being served the PM job on a platter, had to end their career without ever reaching the pinnacle or still continuing with their career with much dignity in lesser position.

But no.. no siree Bob! Pak Lah is hell bent on not going through the agreed upon succession plan. 14 day before the UMNO GA, with the country economy and politics in topsy-turvy, there is no announcement of any specific date for handover of PM post to Najib, putting the whole country on tenterhooks and then take a load of this! here. Looks like he is going to the brink, saving his biggest and best flip-flop for the finale.

Man..! this guy is dangerous, an incompetent fool holding to levers of power is like a kid holding a hand granade. Try grab a hand grande from a kid who have taken a liking to it.

I only can shout Wow! ala Husin Lempoyan character in P Ramlee's 3 Abdul in wonder at the amount because I am really a Neanderthal in economics.

I don't know what effect the RM60 billion injection have on the economy. I am also clueless how the economy can turn bad-ass all of a sudden. But judging reactions from people who seems to be in the know it seems positive.

I am not too sure what to make of Lim Guan Eng comment, whether he is serious or being sarcastic with his RM100 billion a year injection, which make it a RM200 billion for two years, comment. I am hoping to hear economic expert among bloggers view on the RM60 billions and colored with their partisan politics, it will be an effective way to learn quickly the pros and cons of the injection.

If it is true what Rocky Bru's heard from the grapewine here, that Najib is going to appoint Tun Daim Zainuddin as an adviser, then that is very reassuring indeed. He has been called upon couple of times when the economy went awry in the past and each time he delivered. TDZ is one cool, calm and collected dude. He stays out of the limelight except for his occasional soothsaying, mainly on the economy and politics. The only other news I heard of him was when few pairs of his expensive shoes got stolen from his well guarded house recently. Shoes? I wonder where would one fenced hot shoes.

TDZ is like an auto mechanic who just have to listen to the hum of the engine to know what is the problem with the car. He have just to listen to the hum of the global economic engine to warn us that the economy is going to turn bad-ass but did our neanderthal PM listen? He have just to listen to the hum of the grassroots to warn us that UMNO is going to lose badly in the 12 GE, but no..! our juvenile neanderthal first SIL still insist on poking his meddling fingers in selection of candidates

I agree with Rocky that the only other guy qualifed to be adviser is Tun Dr Mahathir. TDM is like a meticulous engineer, he will have a clear problem statement, then he would put all kind of probes on the car, he would look at all the data, he will be pouring at graphs and printouts, ask a lot of questions, wakes up his technicians from sleep to refer to something specific, the workshop will be humming with activities, until he zero in on the problem and then unleash an iron-clad solution regime. The ringgit speculator were running helter-skelter looking for cover when TDM unleased the capital control during the Asian economic crisis.

TDM/TDZ team would be a dream team, tried and tested. I wonder if that is possible..? Naah! that would be a case of too many cooks.. any one of them will do. But two of them together will sure be recurring nightmare for the opposition, they'll be pissing in their pants at the prospect.

There is one other person touted for the adviser post, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah. I think there's even a concerted effort among UMNO bloggers to draft TRH. I don't know.. he has been going into long discourses, give a lot of talks and proposals on how to solve the problem, but compare to TDM and TDZ he lacks track record.

The way TRH talked of a solution sounds sexy though! Well..! talk is cheap or so the saying goes.

1. The UMNO leadership transition plan is still in doubt. For such an important event Pak Lah only gave a half-assed assurance that he will handover power, without announcement of any specific dates.

2. The PM-to-be is beset with a negative image, a perception systematically sowed by the opposition namely Anwar and probably also interested parties in UMNO those who want to deny Najib the PM post. Anwar's latest installment is the Dubur guy article on Altantunya murder in the Liberation a French publication. Read the intrigue here.

3. Expect more of this negative media blitz, including from UMNO blogs that dramatize up their frustration and disenfrenchisement from UMNO due to the blatant corruption in UMNO in the run-up of the GA. This is to instill hatred in current UMNO leadership line-up especially the PM-to-be.

4. UMNO and its personalities are not sparkling clean by no means.. no siree Bob! but these guys are dramatizing up things, playing sandiwara. This have been done successfully by Anwar anyway, master of sandiwara.

5. While all this is going on the global economic meltdown which is yet to be felt here will soon hit our shore like a tsunami hitting a sampan, well! maybe now I am dramatizing up things, but its not really that too far off. That's really going or have already put fear of God on all Malaysians.

6. The Fear of impending economic crunch, the political Uncertainty in the Perak and the Doubt in UMNO leadership transition have gripped UMNO and life of Malaysians in general.

7. If the fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) situation continue to persists and Najib cannot bring the leadership transition as planned to a swift conclusion and he will be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

6. For Najib political enemies the cover of current FUD gripping the country is an opportune time to launch a coup d'état.

This Gerakan lot is something else. They must have wish that the story to be true, because if Najib is up there as PM April 1st, Gerakan two-faced days are over. I don't really know what is the substantial difference between Gerakan and DAP, they have the same Malaysian Malaysia ideal, except the minor difference.. Gerakan is in BN and DAP is not.

Come to think of it, it's a damn good strategy for the Malaysian Malaysia idea, DAP working on the outside and Gerakan inside. They have had a field day with Pak Lah around. Pak Lah's half-baked liberalization and openness policy, that bared the Malays ass really, of coz formulated by Pak Lah's fourth floor juvenile team headed by we know who, give them the little opening they need to pounce on the Malay Special Rights and Privileges, the only stumbling block to their ideal.

Of ocoz there's always been their persistent whining about merging BN into one party and bull droppings along that line.

What is the Bapak that Gerakan gave Pak Lah? Bapak Democracy or something..! They must be trying very hard not to laugh when they give the award to Pak Lah because it really means Pak Lah is the Bapak that they can jerk around. And I guess KJ 'setiakawan' bit is to pander to Gerakan and their ilk further..

Anyway, this latest Anwar's 'Altantunya' attempt is really getting a bit too old, even the PR's most unruly rowdies would have to work overtime to get fired-up with this trick Jepun. Anwar is becoming very predictable and never seems to learn.

Time and again Najib nailed him real good whenever he tried to pin Najib on something.

The first time he tried he got the shock of is life when Najib 'Saiful'ed him right back and Saiful is still waiting for his day in court ready to nail Anwar's ass, so to speak. The second time he got a big 'terkejut beruk' to learn that Najib is a talented Tok Moh katak. Najib got katak all over him that he developed what appear to be 'badi katak' and Perak fell to BN.

And Singh wannabe King really went ballistics with Anwar's katak fiasco - he already warned Anwar not to play play with katak, that once-hudud-over-my-dead-body Singh do a Hadi and went up the pulpit to give a 'taubat' sermon to Anwar and also not sparing the whole of the PR leadership for supporting Anwar from his wrath.

What a spectacle..

Expect the PR cultural troupe to put on a grand street show of high political drama when the case is heard at the High Court. A lot of PR roadies and extras will be participating.

There'll be Malay sandiwara, Chinese wayang, Singh wannabe king bangra, Hindraf will sure contribute something and maybe just maybe a nasyid number or two.

This is to try to make the public oblivious of the juicy details of the case and distract them to think that it is a political conspiracy rather than a criminal case pure and simple.

Ha! ini baru cara nak kasi gempak Karpal, kecut teloq dia kalau kena simpan kat dalam makan tanggung, berak cangkung.

Pemuda UMNO sepatutnya bersama-sama Mukhriz menggesa pihak berkuasa mengambil tindakan seperti yang telah disarankan, yang setimpal dengan kurang ajar yang telah ditunjukan Karpal.

Walaupun dia loyar besar dan dah tentu mengambil langkah-langkah yang perlu untuk dilindungi undang-undang, banyak kenyataan-kenyataan akhbar yang dibuat nya bersempadan dengan menghina Sultan, baca derhaka. Kasi cuba, try, test tengok kalau dakwa si Karpal ni camne?

This Karpal is one arrogant s.o.b.

He once said the Singh in his last name means lion as if to remind everyone don't mess with him, he can take on anyone. The fact that he is a kick-ass lawyer makes him all the more formidable.

He revel at the fact and make a proud show of it, always loud and full of dramatics especially when engaging himself against anything Malay/Muslim. The Malay/Muslim special privileges seems to be the only stumbling block to his DAP Malaysian Malaysia ideal.

He just cannot deal with the fact that this country is not a barren land before his lot landed here and that the Malay/Muslim are the kingmaker and making themselves king here.

He already flushed the Malay/Muslim PAS down the toilet when he crudely said.. over my dead body regarding hudud. But the Malay/Muslim UMNO is a different kettle of fish altogether.

It must be especially galling to him, that these seemingly mediocre Malays even with their apparent weakness and unpopularity were able to run rings round the PR ears resulting in the fall of the 10 month old Perak PR government to the BN.

True to form Karpal wanted to sue Sultan Azlan Shah for what seems to be a no brainer decision for the Sultan to make i.e. not dissolving the Perak state assembly. Of coz its not for any legal advantage he has, he has none whatsoever, but more to be a hero testing the limit of what the law can offer and the accompanying brouhaha not to mention the insult he will be inflicting to the Malay Royal Institution would be a big boost to his ego.

Anwar knows the sensitivity of the Malays and realise it can backfire badly on the PR and balk at providing the sendiwara accompaniment to add to Karpal bangra. As a result Karpal went ballistics hitting out at Anwar and all the PR leadership.

Karpal has really bitten more than he can chew. The Malays are after his ass, there are 100 or so police report against him for insulting the Sultan and he has been abandoned by the PR leadership to pursue the cause alone such that he hesitate, until today he has not file the suit against the Sultan.

Ego bruised and stuck in a tight corner, he tried to deflect the issue to Pemuda UMNO. With great bravado he accused Pemuda UMNO in Parliament earlier today of sending the two bullets he received in an envelope. In lieu of proof he offered the unparliamentary words 'Pemuda UMNO yang celaka'. Karpal know his law enough not to make the accusation outside parliament.

And like a chip off the old block, Karpal son Gobind also in parliament earlier today suggest we have a direct election for the PM post. It really is a snub to the Agong's role in appointing the PM and Nazri responded saying that's bodering on treason or something to the effect.

These people are taking a lot of liberty on their parliamentary immunity touching on sensitive issues. They are getting on a lot of people nerves and there are already bullets..

Karpal and son are lucky that we are a constitutional monarchy today. With the Sultans of the old, their antics would have got them 'sula'ed i.e. have a kris or spear shove up their asses.

Pak Lah..! maybe there's one last kopek before you go.. you should give these jokers free lodging plus 3 square meals a day compliment of His Majesty's government.

What the duck..! the Labu airport project is still alive and kicking, saw it in TV3 news earlier this evening.

I guess Tony put up his best kelentong to the power that be, though probably not for long now, for the project to still see the light of day.

This after all the ravings and rantings from the public and what seems to be Najib's intervention to put an end to the project. It will be interesting to see the follow-up on the issue.

Will Pak Lah ever go?

The story of Pak Lah hanging on to the PM post is beginning to sounds real.

Dr M has sounded an alarm about Pak Lah's 4th floor kids here. He said the 4th floor kids have had the taste of power and will do anything they can to keep Pak Lah in power after March.

For someone who was power personified for so long Dr M knows what he is talking about. Its all about the seduction of power and what's makes it more irresistible for the 4th floor kids is the seduction of power without the responsibility.

Rocky Bru's said here that the PR will table a motion of confidence in Pak Lah before the March date. While this might make Anwar looking like a flip-flop like Pak Lah due to his September 16 motion of no-confidence in Pak Lah fiasco, it seems to jives with what Hadi said about wanting Pak Lah staying on as PM.

And Pak Lah doesn't look like someone who is going anywhere, a larger-than-life billboard with an image of him and words "appreciating ideas and welcoming viewpoints" from the public read here has become talk of the town, its like he is going to be around to act on it. Now it seems Pak Lah have had several rendezvous with Anwar or so the story goes here.

Things are getting really interesting, it looks like a very well scripted wayang is going on here.

Anwar have scores to settle with Najib.

Given that politics is the art of the possible, the split in UMNO, the tenacity of Pak Lah trying to hang on to power and the seduction of power minus the responsibility on the 4th floor kids, PR jumping the gun on the March date tabling a motion of confidence in Pak Lah is a gambit they are running on BN ass.

Bila yang dinamakan Tuan Guru ni melatah, nampak ketara sangat.

Selalu yang dinamakan Tuan Guru ni cool orangnya, kalau menegur pun lunak bunyi nya penuh hikmah tapi tepat pada sasaran sampai yang ditegur bak berlari-lari mencari air sebab terasa pedas.

Pasal kemelut dengan Sultan di Perak pun yang dinamakan Tuan Guru kata dia tak memberi komen pasal isu Sultan. Itu orang arif namanya lebih baik diam dari yang dihambur kata-kata nista.

Tapi kali ni nampak sangat 'amarah' tu lepas, bak si gembala kambing tertidor lepas seekor kambing dia.

Gamaknya ada satu kelebihan besar bagi BN bila SPR umumkan dua Pilihanraya Kecil akan diadakan pada 7 April, yang mungkin akan meragut kemenangan dari parti yang dinamakan Tuan Guru, sampai yang dinamakan Tuan Guru gabra bak gembala di dalam tu lentok seketika.

Hingga Eropah dijadikan contoh, mengatakan kalau di Eropah SPR dah tak layak jadi SPR, mungkin betul, tapi kalau saya tak silap SPR diberi masa 60 hari untuk mengadakan pilihanraya sekiranya ada kerusi kosong. Jadi tak ada hal la 7 April yang termasuk dalam 60 hari tu.

Yang dinamakan Tuan Guru seperti mengatakan SPR menyebelahi BN, maka yang bukan dinamakan Tuan Guru, Muhyidin mencelah.. orang Islam dianjurkan baik sangka.

Tapi yang pasti kalau di Eropah yang dinamakan Tuan-Tuan Guru mungkin tak ada peluang nak jadi orang politik. Yang dinamakan Tuan-Tuan Guru orang Eropah diberi satu tempat nama Vatican, maka duduk la mereka di situ, buat kerja mereka, buat fatwa-fatwa mereka dan orang-orang Eropah buat tak dengar.

Di sini yang dinamakan Tuan-Tuan Guru masih didengar, aktif berpolitik. Jadi jangan kira Eropah la, di Eropah lelaki dengan lelaki pun boleh kawin, kita kira sini saja la.

The situation is rather fluid politically in the country at the moment.

ADUNs went missing here and there and since nowadays it seems this is the pre-requisite for ADUNs metamorphizing into frogs, everyone is full of anticipation.

In Kedah, the PKR manage to catch a load of one of its ADUN shit coming their way before it hit the fan. They manage to get the ADUN to resign and bundled him off to a safe hideout in Mumbai someplace.

In the meantime, they tried to turn their defensive position into an offensive by getting the ADUN to sign a Statuory Declaration saying the BN tried to entice him to be frog. The "best defense is offense" or so some wise guy said.

In Selangor, a PKR ADUN went missing for an uncomfortable period of time - enough for Khalid Ibrahim to call for a meeting read roll-call of all PR ADUNs. The ADUN later said he was in his constituency all the while, and no he was not involved in khalwat as speculated.

All seeming recaltirant PR ADUNs - likely frog candidates, in some form of trouble or other with their leaderships, came out and reaffirmed their non-frog position. But seriously, for Selangor to do a 'Perak', 9 PR ADUNs have to leap frog, seems too many for it to happen.

And the Sultan of Selangor have spoken.. in a carefully but strongly worded statement, he condemned those who insulted Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak and the Malay Rulers Institution. He is good as telling Khalid Ibrahim if Selangor ever do a 'Perak', don't ever get any idea of doing a 'Nizar'.

By the way, tommorrow there will be a gathering in front of the Istana Kayangan to submit a memorandum of support for the Sultan statement, read details here.

Guess what..? Read this, I m not 2 sure if its true.

If it is, seems Karpal has gone thro his law books with fine tooth comb n now he's really not sure of his case.

I would guess even if the case present less than 1/2 chances he would proceed to sue anyway, the publicity n the impression he gives on how big his balls r in suing the Sultan is priceless to him win or lose.

But alas! The Malays r after his ass n Sultan Azlan Shah is not the run-of-the-mill Sultan, he was one of the country's former Lord President, it was Karpal's misfortune that frogs starts leaping in Perak. Now the story is in Selangor an ADUN have gone missing, this usually happens b4 an ADUN metamorphosize into frog, but I m digressing.

Most important Karpal is without the PR 'sendiwara' troupe n leading actor Anwar Ibrahim. The drama they create in this kind situatution to ferment FUD* n shape public perception, heck! probably even the bench, would b a great help. Anwar is that good an actor ok!

The Malays are after Karpal's ass. They want him charge with ISA or be strip of his citizenship.

Numerous police reports have been filed and the police have started investigation and the result will be forwarded to the AG. The AG will determine whether they have a case against Karpal.

Many experts have said the Sultan's discretionary power to dismiss the Perak MB is not contestable in court. If the experts are correct and Karpal insist on suing the Sultan then he is deem to be insulting the Sultan and can be charge.

Karpal has said he wants to sue the Sultan and said he can do it according to the law but he missed the Tuesday dateline.

Karpal seems hesitant.. he knows he got his foot in his mouth, he's going after the Sultan alone, left high and dry with no cheerleading from his PR gang and the Malays are after his ass.

May be he just need more time to go though his law books with fine tooth comb to be sure of his case.

I was wrong when I wrote earlier that Karpal suing the Sultan is a unlateral DAP decision. Now it is clear that it is a unilateral Karpal decision.

Anwar has come out and said PR will not sue the Sultan. He knows better than to tempt his fate ignoring the sensitivities of the Malays with regards to the Malay Rulers Institution by suing the Sultan. He rather stick to his tried and true modus-operandi creating FUD - fear, uncertainty and doubt, puppeteering the PR rowdies stampede on the streets, giving the finger to royals and desecrating royals website.

It was the Malays at the fringe of BN, that deserted the BN in the last general election bcoz 'bodo'wism makes them sick, that helped PR won Perak. These are not the PR loyalists, the rowdies or the taksub kind, these are the substantial Malays you would not want to alienate and whose intelligence you would not want to insult. These are the Malays who will be very pissed if their Sultan got insulted.

As it is, all of Anwar dramatics thus far that culminated in frogs leaping out on the PR which result in the fall of the PR government in Perak have cost him a lot in terms of credibility. If there is a snap election now, the chances for BN is probably even if not better. In the longer term if the new MB really kick asses, Perak is a good as gone for PR.

Karpal is gung-ho about suing the Sultan however a long shot his case. The fact that he got to face the Sultan alone mano e mano, being left high and dry without any support fromm Anwar, the PR and probably the DAP too, really got him seething in anger. He is already facing backlash from the Malays, in keeping to the maxim "do unto others.." some Malay leaders are proposing to look into the grey area of stripping his citizenship for his pursuing the grey area of questioning the Sultan's discretions in dismissing the MB.

The prospect of it all must have been too much for Karpal and he just snapped.. Karpal blew his top!

the sultan have asked nizar 2 resign n nizar is as good as saying 2 the sultan go fly kite. used 2 b 4 a malay that's a no-no, menderhaka, but these days things r not as cut n dried. the PR street demonstrators giving the finger 2 raja nazrin, that's something else.. i think tuan guru nik aziz ought 2 say something, these r ur PR ppl.

n karpal singh want to sue the sultan. from the look of it its a unilateral DAP decision. anwar have come out n said PR will not sue the sultan. he knows going head 2 head against the malay ruler institution is not a mickey mouse task.

as it is anwar n PKR seeming hypocracy in the frogs issue have seen a bit of his stock plummetting n the raving n ranting 2 cling 2 power agitating supporters 2 stampedes on the streets disturbing public order will see his stock plummet a bit more. n of coz the lack lustre performance of the constantly politicking PR government, have got the malays - who r really pissed at some of the PR government policies, 2 begin 2 have doubts about whether they vote correctly last march. n the thing that the malays in general have for their rulers, forget the PR rowdies they r not representative of the malays .. nope! anwar is not in the shape to take on the sultan.

it took dr m months of 'semarak'ing around the country when he took on the malay rulers in the 80s n dr m got the government with him and was at his most popular n powerful n have a really good case against the malay rulers then.

anwar is really stuck between a rock n a hard place at the moment. he got shamed by najib on the frog issue, his 'saiful' court case has proceeded without much fanfare bcoz the frogs n consequent fall of the PR government in perak is a bigger story, n karpal want 2 do him in by suing the sultan. obviously things r not honky dory in PR.

what do karpal care? even if his case is a long shot, he revel at the opportunity 2 give a piece of his mind on the malays n the malay ruler institution, n 2 get a day in court 2 do it, that's where his forte is, is guru nanak send.

we can see this from his unnecessary crude reaction regarding anything malay/muslim, eg. he once said "..over my dead body.." when PAS said they want to implement hudud in malaysia. now.. he when can sue just about everybody else, but no! he wants 2 sue the sultan, just 2 show he can do it, 2 spite the malays. there r many other of his 'kurang ajaq' instances.

as far as karpal is concerned 2 hell with the PR government in perak, its already a goner, 2 hell with anwar, he been shouting hoarse about anwar earlier hobby of 'pikat' frogs. it must have really pained him 2 see a malay with miniscule representation in the DUN become MB of perak even as a DAP ngeh-nga stooge. to his mind DAP is ready 2 take on their fimiliar role as a major opposition party in the perak DUN.

what's the problem with the sultan pronouncement? beats me! i m not a lawyer but consider the following:

the normally confrontational, 2 bn that is, bar council president have said nizar don't have a case n got 2 resign
constitutional expert shad faruqi of uitm said the the point in contention is a grey area but leans towards the sultan

n read this blog n the blogs it refers if u want 2 know more. of coz the PR ppl have their own load of arguments however a long shot. well..! i guess the court is a good place to settle the issue, not the streets.

this huge hue n cry over frogs in perak sets me into thinking what if somewhere along the line let's say PAS pull out of the PR coalition, n form a coalition with BN would PAS be considered a party of frogs? if it is not how's that's different from the frogs we have now that have topple the PR government in perak? i see no different.. the 3 frogs want out of their current party n r now a party of bebas frogs in the dewan n want to align themselves with the BN. seems to me all this sudden ostracism of frogs is just self serving talk.

we will see anwar at his best rabble-rousing 100,000 PR loyalists n curious onlookers in a gathering organized as a show of strength n probably as a slight to sultan azlan shah decision not to dissolve the state assembly, if that's really the case he don't know what he is getting into. seems to suit him well, he is loud, crude and hv a flair for the dramatics but thus far got nothing to show result wise as oppose to najib's quiet, unassuming n with much finesse.. but as the PR ppl in perak already learn.. deadly!.

ppl hv put najib's seemingly smooth rise 2 the top more 2 his pedigree than anything else.

the malays hv such reverence n put a premium 2 one's pedigree when electing a leader n najib being tun razak's son has a pedigree second 2 none. that his cousin hishamuddin is a shoo-in 4 umno vp post seems 2 attest 2 this. there r many other instances.

this somewhat obscure the fact that najib is a highly capable minister n has performed well in every ministries he has been in, got an astute sense of judgment betting on dr m when dr m went head 2 head with ku li 4 the umno president post, n sense of timing putting his foot down at right time 2 set a date 2 get pak lah packing in march.

no amount of goading even from the great dr m 2 act b4 that got him moving, that might b a move 2 soon n compromise his position.

probably most obscure is the fact that najib is a master strategist. seems everytime he went head 2 head with anwar, he has always out-maneuvered anwar or at least neutralize his move.

one can recall early in anwar's umno vp career in an effort 2 preempt any rivals threat, he tried 2 pin a khalwat charge with a popular singer on najib but najib brushed it off n came out of it unscathed 2 continue his steady rise. rahim tambychik n few others of coz got buried.

not too long ago, anwar seems 2 hv put najib between a rock n a hard place when raja petra kamarudin comes out with his fantastic statutory declaration implicating najib's wife rosmah in the altantunya case. well.. najib made a gem of a comeback in the form of saiful n got anwar really 'masak'. the court case is due very soon n it seems quite probable the court will b anwar's waterloo.

it is just plain luck that saiful suddenly appear out of anwar camp singing at the opportune time or najib is 3 or 4 steps ahead of anwar in the game?

n now in perak.. the joyous mood of PR ppl over umno's nasarudin hashim leap frogging their way hv not even died down when 'whaaamm..' the PR ppl don't know what hit them as they watch helplessly 4 frogs leap in the opposite direction, including the first frog, a champion frog this nasarudin hashim.

a najib has hit them that's what.

Folks! Today is an important milestone in history. Today, a black man Barack Obama, who as a kid was deserted by his father will be inaugurated as the President of the USA. For four years at least starting now, he will shape events and effect people lives globally the way no one else can.

His, is a cinderella story that will be told and retold again and again to inspire the downtrodden to scale great height of achievements against all the odds. But today is not about Barack Obama alone. It is also about his mom Ann Durham who died of ovarian cancer in 1995 who must have been a great influence on him growing up and shaped him to what he has become today.

The fact that she raised him almost single-handedly in a difficult, racially tensed environment of that time and saw him graduated from Havard Law School, got elected to the US Senate, and his ascends today to the pinnacle - the office of the President of the USA, just say as as much about her as it is about him.

Little Obama and mom

I can only imagine how proud she must be, if she is stilll alive to see her half-breed son up on the highest rostrum taking the oath of the most powerful office in the world. It is an emotion I would not really know about because I am far from being a single supermom raising over-achieving kids under difficult conditions. My dearest friend Lisa would know, in time I am sure! She is a single supermom doing an 'Ann Durham' to her kids and her kids I am sure will grow up to be 'Obamas' for her.

Yes folks! Today is also about the Ann Durhams of the world, about Lisa and about the unsung single supermoms out there who are 'Ann Durham'ing their own 'Obamas'. Thank GOD for them, the world is a better place. As for Barack Obama, let's hope he'll be a US President that provides a benevolent leadership that the whole world is in dire need of at this particular point in time.

Najib has his work cut-out for him.

He got to reverse the inertia that has started that hasten UMNO bon-voyage to oblivion. It started when UMNO lost the KT by-election.

The rakyat have shown that they can no longer tolerate the liberty UMNO has taken insulting their intelligence. The choice of candidate for the KT by-election was a classic example.

Najib has allowed Dolah his choice of candidate and it was a big mistake. No amount of wang ehsan or development have appeased the rakyat.

Najib task is clear. He got to stop the dilly-dally and deal with UMNO leadership issue, read Dolah departure, the 'selumbar' in UMNO ass, firmly. Time to do away with the finesse, lay all the cards down, start kicking asses and take care of biz.

Time to get really bloody and start with the chopping, anything that smells Dolah got to go.

UMNO folks are in the pits. Did I hear right? Khaled Nordin bowing and kissing KJ's hand? What the f$%k has UMNO politicians come down to?

The thought of Ali Rustam, Mat Taib, Zahid Hamidi, Khaled Nordin and the like leaders wannabes, bozos all, in UMNO highest office against the sophistication of PR top leadership, makes one want to roll on the floor and laugh one's ass off.

Najib got to do the needful and pray he will be president of a still relevant UMNO.

lebih tepat lagi yang keluar dari kepala otak yang dia tumpang. umpama kalau kereta kita jenis slow atau kurang prestasi, kita tumpanglah kereta orang yang boleh pergi macam pelesit, baru panjang langkah. pelesit yang dolah tumpang ialah menantu dia. pelesit ni kata orang ialah yang merangka semua yang dolah 'wahyu'kan, orang kata..

baru baru ni tak ada angin tak ada ribut, sime darby diketuai oleh politikus tak kesampaian musa hitam, sudah tentu bersenjatakan 'wahyu', dengan celupar cuba nak ambil alih IJN, sebuah pusat pakar jatung terulung di rantau ini yang menjadi kebangaan rakyat malaysia, terutama sekali orang melayu. apa lagi macam orang gila meroyan lah rakyat, kecut teloq sime darby terus tarik diri secara sukarela dari niat mereka, walaupun ada kedengaran EPU - macai dolah, berkeras nak teruskan juga ambil-alih itu, mesti dengan agenda tersendiri.

dulu ada tiga syarikat peladangan besar yang nampaknya segar bugar, sime darby, golden hope dan guthrie. serupa juga keadaannya macam sekarang tak ada angin tak ada ribut di'wahyu'kan bergabung, maka semua digabungkan jadi sime darby. macam-macam mereka kelentong, sebab skala ekonomi lah, efisyensi lah, jimat kos lah, itu lah, ini lah, entah apa bala lagi. yang pasti pihak-pihak penganjur - pelesit perangka 'wahyu', 'consultant', 'investment banker', dll dapat durian runtuh berbillion-billion RM.

bukan main gah lagi bila diumumkan musa hitam dan zubir orang-orang yang menerajui lembaga pengarah dan pengurusan entiti yang tergabung, dipanggil sime darby juga - nampak lebih 'exercise' menelan dari bergabung, sebuah syarikat perladangan yang terbesar di dunia. kita kira kalau dah jadi peneraju syarikat kelas dunia dah tentu mempunyai kebolehan kelas dunia tapi sebaliknya. dikatakan bergabung untuk mengambil kesempatan dari skala ekonomi maka risikonya pula ikut skala yang sama juga, seperti letak semua telur dalam satu bakul.

bila ekonomi dunia merudum baru-baru ni sime darby tertangkap dengan punggung terdedah dalam ladang kelapa sawit bila harga minyak sawit jatuh yang terlalu rendah. mungkin terkejut beruk musa, zubir dan penaja-penaja pengabungan dulu melihat skala lingkup yang akan berlaku kepada sime darby jika mereka tidak mempelbagaikan perniagaan mereka. ini tak sebut lagi kemungkinan apa-apa tengkorak dalam almari yang akan tersembul keluar seperti yang selalu berlaku dalam keadaan ekonomi yang merudum ni, bila juruodit atau sapa-sapa menyoal itu dan ini, kantung dah kosong susah lah nak 'adjust' sana sini.

maka tak hairan lah jika kebelakangan ni banyak 'wahyu' yang tak semenggah keluar dari kepala otak dolah, terutama sekali yang bekaitan sime darby dan projek-projek celupar yang tak pernah ada dalam perancangan kerajaan. banyak motivasi untuk dia, baca pelesit tumpangan dia, buat begitu.. mengaut keuntungan celupar, mungkin mengelak apa-apa tengkorak dalam almari tersembul keluar, kepentingan politik ya juga, kelam-kabut juga najib kejap hari tu bila mereka mula mengintai IJN. harap-harap isu ambil-alih IJN ni dah betul-betul dah berkubur.

folks! last nite i joined a group of amateur rakyat pundits talking about another brick in the wall (abitw) blog newsbreak earlier at our neighbourhood mamak, on the outcome of the ijn take-over meeting at epu.

most of us r 40-something men that look like a bypass waiting to happen n most of us r beleaguered entreprenuer as such RM challenged, so we got a lot riding on the issue.

seems epu is insisting on the ijn take-over but mof is against it. thot abitw also mentioned sime darby was not even in the meeting, epu was speaking on their behalf.. what the hell!!

well folks! looks like it is going to b a battle of will between dolah n najib, everyone knows epu is under the pm department ie. dolah n mof is under najib.

dolah n interested parties r making use of the issue to make things difficult for najib. the issue blew up in najib's face with the kt by-election looming n of coz there is the election for umno top dawgs this coming march.

musa hitam leading the band of robbers is just another way of him taking a swipe at dr m for the hurt not becoming pm n make tons of money at the same time. ijn was dr m effort.

well folks! when najib said the ijn take-over by sime darby was put on hold, seems it won't be for long.

rocky bru reported a meeting between epu, ijn n sime darby has been arranged for this coming monday. what the hell for man! unless the motherf$%kers r going through with it anyway.

the whole thing is just so brazenly obvious a case of daylight robbery. there is no issue of mass migration of doctors disgruntled with their pay, somebody has been pulling a fast one on the mof n the loot.. there is something like couple hundred millions of RM in ijn's coffer. not to mention the biz is a gold mine, its an expensive disease n not short of customers, ppl r dying like flies of heart disease these days.

the proposal shouldn't hv gone past the announcement stage in the first place. now that rakyat across all divide have caused a big brouhaha over it, the paper the proposal were written on should hv made nasi lemak wrappers already n the whole thing should hv been dropped like a hot iron, but NO! they r hell bent on going through with it or so it seems.

it is not a responsibility anyone who is sitting pretty in the election for umno top dawgs, quite unblemished in the ugly barkings n howlings that some r into, would wish for. it is a lose-lose situation. the possible fallout that comes with the decision under the current political climate can b harmful to his career, he probably got to do some fast talking to simmer down the dissatisfaction, coming out with a decision either way.

with the continued disrespect n political attacking of the 'ketuanan melayu' by bi-partisan non-malay leaders, 'to english' will b seen as pandering to the non-malays who'd b quick to welcome any initiative that dilute the 'ketuanan' n probably put another hurdle to a single medium national school system, bahasa melayu of coz.. to achieve the much talk about national integration.

yes, it is the georgian new year!

it is a much much bigger new year than any other calender new year, such as the hijrah new year, the muslim's new year celebrated a few days ago or the chinese new year that is going to b celebrated in about a month time, for example.

that everyone celebrates themselves silly over the georgian new year just shows the hold western civilisation hv on ppl lives globally. we measure our days, months, years, decades, centuries, millineums according to the georgian calender, else we b out of sync with the rest of the world.

let's face it folks, the world today is helm by the western civilisation. they got to b that bcoz they r more knowledgable, hv better technologies, know how to plant stuffs better, dig stuffs out of the ground better, build stuffs better. they got a lot of say in the going-ons of the world.

in the old days, first helmed by the iberian cousins the portugese n spanish n later the british with few others in between them, they got to b colonists bcoz they built better ships n weapons. they sail the seven seas, claimed native land the world over in the name of their sovereign n plundered its resources. any keris or parang wielding native dissenters will get a taste of their state-of-the-art cannon balls. the natives especially ruling elites were schooled in their 'civilised' western ways n their system of administration were put in place, thus the small matter of the georgian calender.

today the west is helm by the US of A, their better weapons won them the world wars n that gave them n their sidekicks a lot of say in the shaping up of the post-war geo-political landscape. one outcome of which was the grabbing of palestine land n the formation of the state of israel n their continous support for the zionist state.

they come out with stuffs that everypone craved for to live a comfortable civilised lives.. better food, petroleum & minerals, consumer products - cars, tv, computers, etc. they r better at planting it, digging it and building it than anyone else. they drive the global economic engine n there r money to b made by anyone who latched onto the economic value-added chain in whatever capacity n thus beholden to them.

in their capacity, they lord over the economy, top dawg, the one who got to design the operating system, one that make them the most obscene profits, the most 'haves'. those below the chain r just diminishing level of sophistication of sweat shops with correspondingly diminishing profits n 'haves', those who does not figure in the economy at all r 'have nots'.

the outcome of which is an oppressive, unsustainable system, riddled with abuse. it has started to show cracks, spewing big loads of shit that have hit a big big fan n have made the global economic climate stinks..

take the 'berkat' of the significant dy 2dy 1430 years ago folks!

folks! i got a bottle of cincalok exploded right in my face last night.

though i m from malacca, i never had a 'thing' for cincalok. heck! i never had a 'thing' for malacca, never spoke the 'ulau belingkau atas pagau' malacca dialect, quite alien 2 some of the things that malaccan r into.

i called lubok cina hometown, a rural town/mukim that is divided between malacca n nogori sembilan n i m from the malacca neck of the woods. 4 us folks here as far as culture, dialect n taste bud goes we r more identified with nogori.

i look at malacca as just a small state run by a so-so chief minister with a penchant for hindustani film, that is in the running 4 a damn serious job. ambitious guy eh? i sit on a snake if he wins. i never had a 'thing' 4 the ruins n the not so spectacular history, from my point of view, that they r presenting 2 tourists. they got no beaches, nature/eco or other destinations of note that gets my attention.

the mediocre beach not 2 far away from my kampung r now littered with severed pig heads n innards. damned those motherf$%kers! they better not get caught, i hate 2 think what will happen 2 them if they do.

anyway, i was on an errand 2 get some groceries at my neighborhood grocery shop when i walked past the shelf where they put the cincalok. i thot it would b good eating especially when garnish with thinly slice shallots, cut cili api n a dash of freshly cut lime juice so i bought a bottle. i said i never had a 'thing' for cincalok, i never said it didn't taste good.

the thot got me drooling n got me encouraged 2 cook 4 dinner an equally good eating beef 'masak lomak cili api', my specialty, as the main dish 2 go with the appetizing cincalok. my wife jumped with joy she didn't have 2 cook. i do that for her from time 2 time especially when i m guilty of something.

cooking's done, table's set, hey! its chow time, except for a small matter of the cincalok. it came in a small bottle with a plastic screw-on cover. i took off the plastic cover n underneath found another cover but this one a crown metal cap, similar 2 the one used on bottled drinks of not 2 long ago, u got 2 use an opener 4 this.

i held the bottle firmly on the table in my kitchen in one hand, my other hand was yanking off the metal cap from the bottle with an opener, my face lowered close 2 the area of operation, when i heard a hissing sound n saw foams starts forming around metal cap, still intact to the bottle n drips of cincalok juice overflowing down the bottle.

b4 i can finished saying cincalok, i heard a loud POP! the metal cap flew off n hit my left cheek, cincalok juice gushed out of the bottle into my face n caused a stinging sensation in my eyes. my hair, face n chest were splattered with cincalok, so were the immediate vicinity of my kitchen including the ceiling. after a quick check on my person, i figure i m ok, except my eyes stings a bit.

the rest of the clan who had just started digging in at the dining area, stopped n rushed towards me not sure whether 2 b alarmed or roll on the floor n laughed their asses off, looking at me covered all over with cincalok. i had a hard time getting the cincalok off my hair n eyes, n the clan had a hard time cleaning up the kitchen.

that thing is dangerous folks, never buy a cincalok with a metal cap on. u got to take off the plastic screw-on cover to check whether the culprit is underneath. the cincalok is from oxl industries sdn bhd, air tawar perak.

they figure they keep the cincalok fresh n lengthen the shelf life with the metal cap on but instead they built a f$%king bomb n its probably sitting on the shelf of most grocery shops all over the country.

man..!! dinner last night was literally a blast.

a ketuanan melayu that was previously a given, goes without saying, vague, that doesn't do much good to the malays anyway, w/o any clear articulation of what it entails, probably bcoz there's no issue of competing with immigrants with the sophistication accorded by 10,000 yrs of recorded history between them, now hv become a 'constitutional ketuanan melayu' via relevant clauses in the constitution n further elaborated in terms of the discretionary power the malay leaders hv to implement suitable affirmative action policies to improve the malay lot to b on par with the immigrants while at the same time fair to the immigrants, in the social contract. it is a dynamic ketuanan melayu that strives to b a good balance between the extremes of a 'feudal ketuanan melayu' n a malayan union without ketuanan melayu.

ketuanan melayu is a sensitive issue. it is an issue that is rooted deep in the malay psyche (jatidiri). that the seemingly docile malays get together to stand up against the british n malayan union is a testament to this sentiment. in the current volatile political climate, those who make 'ketuanan melayu' an issue will b making it at everyone's risk, as such must be stopped.

in the yrs after merdeka when our first generation of leaders probably due to inertia having been set in the british way, grown elitist and detached, paid scan attention to improving the malay lot, got beaten badly in the general election. it just takes someone from the opposition gloating at their success to utter smthing that remotely touch the ketuanan melayu, like.. melayu balik kampong tanam kacang.. to start the festivities of may 69.

may 69 hangover gone, affirmative action policies such as DEB n institutions to get the malays up to speed were immediately set up, british clone type leaders gone, things were honky dory for a while, the country helm by able even a world class leaders, that run rings round currency speculators ears n taught the world a thing or two about economics. it was not before long incompetent, greedy leaders makes an appearance, making the country their private fiefdom, outsourcing running the country to kin n friends still wet behind the ears, plundering the treasury at will abusing affirmative action policies to enrich their families n coterie of hangers-on, leaving the rakyat peanuts, similarly they grown elitist n detach n they too got beaten badly in the last general election.

lets be clear what is at issue is in the implementation of the social contract - as to the extend of affirmative action needed n the abuses in executing affirmative action policies, not the social contract itself, n definitely not ketuanan melayu.

to contending malays on the other side of the political divide, who hv scores to settle with the current custodian of the ketuanan melayu, the bn, for all its excesses n abuses, like most of us rakyat do, they got a good walloping in the general election didn't they? or rather, god forbid for being left out of their fair share of the excesses and abuses. lets be clear of the issues, don't cheapen the ketuanan, don't burn the mosquito net bcoz u r angry with the mosquito.

the race for umno youth chief have seen khairy slide down the canine scale from being a top dog, to a just mere dog and as things stand at the moment he has become an underdog. its quite possible he will tergolek dog, come umno youth election day.. march, december, whenever. muhiyudin is still not done flaming imam hadhari's ass on that.
